Able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of the gas and the electric systems as well as a working knowledge of engineering and construction policies and procedures. Possesses the ability to identify potential problems and developing and implementing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs. Develops and maintains geospatial data and data repository. Provides training/mentoring to Analysts within the department.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Performs updates to the gas and/or electric Distribution and Transmission GIS models while ensuring compliance with the Asset Rules and company Operating Procedures. (20%)</li></ul><ul><li>Verifies the accuracy of the SAP Master Data records and the work sketches received and initiates the resolution of discrepancies between SAP and the Work Sketches that are received, secures additional information from various departments to ensure accuracy of the GIS data.
