In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of improving labor efficiency, reporting, and financial planning across our warehouse and street operations. You’ll develop key metrics and tools to enhance real-time visibility of performance and drive targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy &amp; Planning, and local operations teams to help shape the future of Lime’s labor planning as we continue to scale.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of financial principles, and is passionate about using data to solve complex problems. This role requires occasional travel (~10%) to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Improve real-time visibility of labor efficiency and spend: Develop metrics and tooling to improve visibility of warehouse and street operations labor efficiency, to support operational decision making and business intelligence</li><li>Build models and dashboards: Use data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, tableau, spreadsheet) to build models for labor forecasting and dashboards for local operations teams - ensuring robust logic, consistent and clearly-defined assumptions, intuitive user-interface</li><li>Contribute to financial planning process: Collaborate with Finance, S&amp;P, and local operations to support the labor aspect of Lime’s annual and quarterly financial planning process</li><li>Monitor trends in performance: Monitor labor efficiency performance vs plan and identify root causes for any variance or new trends</li><li>Collaborate with partner teams to improve labor efficiency: Provide insight and targeted analysis to troubleshoot issues or highlight opportunities. Partner with Operations leadership and local teams to land recommendations and drive action</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in data analytics capabilities across global operations: Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making and analytical excellence through peer collaboration and support</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>Extremely strong proficiency in data analytics, including advanced SQL, spreadsheet, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience</li><li>3+ years of experience in business analytics, where prior experience in financial planning, operations, tracking spend, or equivalent is highly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of financial principles</li><li>Curious mindset to spot trends in data, deep-dive root causes, and generate proposals for both tactical and strategic solutions</li><li>Clear verbal and written communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills</li><li>Previous experience in a fast-paced scaling-up environment</li><li>Experience working closely with Finance or S&amp;P stakeholders</li></ul>#LI_REMOTE #LI-EH1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
