Sealed is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who understands the importance of balancing scalable recruiting processes with strong candidate and hiring team experiences.

What will you do?

This role will be a critical catalyst in the growth of Sealed. We recently hired a Director, Recruiting and are currently creating an internal, centralized recruiting function. You will:

  • Partner with business teams to grow their teams and plan for their team's evolution
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting where the ATS is the source of truth
  • Provide a delightful and consistent Sealed candidate experience
  • Help craft what recruiting at Sealed looks like as we establish and mature the function

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting (internal corporate recruiting for some of this time is preferred)
  • Strong project management and attention-to-detail
  • Considers themselves strategic vs. transactional
  • Experience recruiting for sales roles, such as SDRs and AEs, would be of great value but not a dealbreaker if you're willing to learn these roles

  • You enjoy partnering with business teams to learn about their teams and help advise them on high-quality hires
  • You enjoy working on new roles and learning new aspects of the business
  • You are humble and ambitious
