The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, a passion for AI and automation, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Payroll systems, while also contributing to other Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.</li><li>Act as a Workday subject matter expert, especially in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, supporting full-cycle development, configuration, and deployment.</li><li>Drive the adoption of AI and automation to streamline HR operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Conduct data analysis, rationalization, and cleanup to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems.</li><li>Prepare and maintain HRIT process flows, procedures, and job aids to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, COEs, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Monitor service delivery queues, respond to inquiries, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues.</li><li>Lead and support system upgrades, testing cycles, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</li><li>Enable and build effective Workday dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX regulations, and support internal and external audit requirements.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience in HRIT or HR technology roles, with at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules, including Payroll.
