You will ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in the portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guaran-tees, etc.), verify that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding.</li><li>You will assess the success of the contract and determine if there are any lessons learned for future contracting, document and communicate to all appropriate parties any deficiency found as part of the closeout process.</li><li>You will develop Contract Management competence with the other functions of the company by conducting pragmatic training periodically.
