Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Customer Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customer accounts in the commercial vehicle aftermarket, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation. Maintain close contact with customers purchasing and logistics departments as well as CV OEM sales department.</li><li>New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers, with a focus on Wholesalers and strategic aftermarket players. Understand their needs and their market environment and develop tailored quotations.</li><li>Quotation Preparation: Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements, market specifications, and strategic pricing guidelines and negotiate these with the customer.</li><li>Sales Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Collaborate closely with the departments Engineering, Category Management, Logistics and Purchasing as well as with the production plants.</li><li>Internal Reporting: Provide structured, timely, and accurate sales reports and customer updates to the Head of Sales.
