Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Making programs for all the new proiducts.</li><li>Train the operators in machining shop, including the CNC program modify and tool change.</li><li>Ensure the correct and complete  documentation of the CNC programs as well as the tool layout of each process.</li><li>Manage the database of CNC programs and maintain the DNC system.</li><li>Develop solutions for tools, cutting tools or devices, as appropriate.</li><li>Make use of the quality control data , test results and various feedbacks to modify files and programs to improve the processes.</li><li>Use  lean principles and participate in workouts to improve process, reduce manufacture cost and increase efficiency.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.</li><li>At least 5 years experience in CNC programming.</li><li>Familiar with machining process and related standards.</li><li>Famliar with Fanuc and Siemens CNC system.</li><li>Be able to program with UG or other CAM software.</li><li>Knowledge of CNC cutting tools.</li><li>Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
