Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support local and global sourcing strategies</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness</li><li>Develop supplier performance metrics and manage ongoing relationships</li><li>Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align sourcing with operational needs</li><li>Manage risk and ensure compliance with company standards and EU regulations</li><li>Support localization strategies to improve lead times and cost efficiency</li><li>Continuously monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry</li><li>Strong negotiation and supplier management skills</li><li>Familiar with global sourcing practices and local supply chain conditions in Europe</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred</li><li>Must have legal working rights in the EU</li></ul>
