If you are interested in learning more, we would love to hear from you.   Title: HSE Specialist  The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist will lead health, safety, and environmental efforts on project sites during construction and will support long-term as needed throughout asset operation.  The HSE Specialist will proactively address risks and concerns relating to health, safety, and or environment with robust training programs, both for internal team members, as well as with external contractors.  This role will actively contribute to meeting or exceeding compliance standards by conducting regular inspections and audits, as well as managing applicable reporting systems.  The HSE Specialist will collaborate closely with various members of the EPC, Asset Management, and Operations departments at East Point Energy and will report directly to the Director of Operations.    Roles &amp; Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Develop and lead safety programs and activities, tailored to individual site and project needs as required </li><li>Serve as the on-site HSE representative during construction/commissioning activities, as well as oversee warranty &amp; maintenance activity compliance during operations </li><li>Review safety submittals and attend preconstruction and preparatory meetings with contractors </li><li>Review proposals to evaluate counterparty expertise and compliance with East Point Energy HSE standards. Standard office hours are from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. Standard project site work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The demands of projects may require work outside of these stated hours.  </li><li>This is a project site-based position. The position will be fully remote from the East Point Energy offices, with a requirement for site presence on project sites.
