The Client Success team are the primary owners of EnergyHub’s client base. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be supporting the team in developing strategic partnerships with our utility clients to grow the size of their programs. This includes handling foundational level operations and day-to-day processes during different points in the client life cycle including onboarding across EnergyHub’s full suite of products, services & projects.

The Client Success Coordinator will work directly with the client success team to make sure their assigned clients receive the utmost client service levels and a smooth start-to-finish experience with EnergyHub. This role is responsible for ensuring daily tasks are completed in accordance with department policy and procedure guidelines and any additional customer-specific standard operating procedures.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in utility partnerships and wants exposure to every stage in maintaining  successful client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the Client Success Managers in post-sale activities & attend client meetings where relevant. 
  • Ensure account activities are in accordance with established standard operating procedure for the accounts they are supporting, and create relevant reporting and basic analysis
  • Partner with CSMs to align on tasks and deadlines for the accounts they are supporting
  • Support Client Services team members in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects
  • Participate in and take notes during onboarding and workshop calls with clients
  • Prepare monthly recurring client reports 
  • Take ownership of the operational aspects of our market programs using the Mercury DERMS platform
  • Develop an understanding of technical aspects of demand response management
  • Maintain, update, and distribute account data in Salesforce
  • Conduct basic data analysis projects
  • Manage departmental calendars & assist in the planning and execution of in-person team meetings
  • Support the implementation, launch, and stewardship of program launches 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working in a client facing role whether in Client Success Operations, Sales Planning, Client Services, Ad Operations, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, … 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines; some project management experience is a plus as is experience working with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, and Trello
  • Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
  • Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - any experience with data visualization tools a plus but not a prerequisite
