This role is pivotal for ensuring a quality-managed customer experience through effective and high-quality invoicing. It drives data analytics to manage costs, enhance reporting, and improve working capital and recoveries. Key responsibilities include efficient invoice uploading to customer portals and providing administrative support to boost billing efficiencies. The role will be focusing on AUSPAC Region.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Invoice Management: Generate accurate, timely invoices and respond to customer inquiries related to them.</li><li>Uploading of invoices to customer portals.</li><li>Management and follow up of customer PO’s</li><li>Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with HCS, Sales, and Operations to gather necessary billing information.</li><li>Recoveries management</li><li>Other adhoc duties as required by the Billing Manager</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Educational Background: Preferred experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Billing Expertise: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable role.</li><li>Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.), with exposure to ERP systems like M3 Cloudsuite being an advantage.
