The role will be focusing on billing for the SEA / APAC region and is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: This role requires strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.<ul><li>Generate accurate, timely invoices and respond to customer inquiries related to them.</li><li>Ensure billing accuracy by reviewing agreements and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and that all costs are captured and linked to agreements</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with Hire Coordinators, Sales, and Operations to gather necessary billing information and ensure agreements are managed to the highest quality</li><li>Maintain organized and efficient billing records and documentation</li><li>Assist Accounts Receivable/Credit Control in resolving queries, disputes and expediting customer payments</li><li>Support month-end closing activities</li><li>Identify opportunities for billing process improvements, create job-related purchase orders, and monitor key performance indicators (Days to Invoice, Days Unbilled Outstanding, Customer Satisfaction) and internal reporting for quality management.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Preferred experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable role</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy ensuring all components are included in invoices</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to take initiative to chase up information from stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.), with exposure to ERP systems like M3 Cloudsuite being an advantage.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
