This role requires strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service. You'll ensure all costs are captured and linked to agreements, maximizing recoveries and revenue, and accurately reflecting on any changes. Collaboration with the Hire Desk, Sales, and Operations teams is key to quality-managing agreements and achieving KPIs.
