At GEA, we’re looking for Team Lead Technical Service Support, ready for a dynamic and varied role!Responsibilities / TasksAs a Team Lead Technical Service Support you will be the link between the internal and external customer during daily operations at location TCPC Grasso Den Bosch. Your mission? Ensure &amp; secure customer satisfaction &amp; perform at the best for clients in the industrial sectors.Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Technical support – coordinate daily back-office operations to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Communicator representing our production to internal and external customers.</li><li>Handling warranty cases, operational and delegated commercial.</li><li>Training &amp; development – Coordination of GEA staff and customers trainings.</li><li>Support the recourse planner to ensure operational effectiveness of our Field Specialists.</li><li>KPI’s reporting using ERP system SAP.</li><li>Collaborate with other factory departments in Den Bosch &amp; TSS in Berlin to ensure quality items are addressed correctly and follow up.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>HBO education level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>5+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration.
