Support the team with  ongoing commercial contract management post contract award (claims, variation orders, amendments, defects, notice to correct, LDs).</li><li>Safeguarding Obligations: Support in managing payments to strategic suppliers in collaboration with the project team.</li><li>Vendor Management: Support suppliers’ qualification and performance under live contracts and support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial settlements.</li><li>Offer Management: Analyse and compare Contractors’ offers for O&amp;M Services and Suppliers’ offers for Services and Strategic Components supply.</li><li>Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise closely with other operational departments and especially Asset Management and Asset Maintenance, providing support to resolve any contractor performance discrepancies.</li><li>Procurement: Support the procurement of certain key technical services and strategic equipment, including equipment and services for reliability &amp; improvement initiatives.</li><li>Asset Management: Support the Asset Management and Asset Procurement teams in the definition of O&amp;M strategies and negotiation of new O&amp;M Contracts.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:Education<ul><li>Degree in law, business administration, or management</li></ul>Qualities and Skills <ul><li>Fluent in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus)</li><li>Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Planning, organizing, and time management abilities</li><li>Ability to prepare contractual assessments and reports</li><li>High level knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (especially World and Excel)</li><li>Ability to foster and maintain strategic relationships through strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>Location:Milano - MartesanaTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:Intern (Fixed Term)
