We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The People Services Analyst is responsible for executing employee lifecycle transactions and responding to Tier 2 HR inquiries across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of HR data, supports compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and provides high-quality service to employees, managers, and HR partners. The People Services Specialist also contributes to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts within the People Services team. Key Responsibilities HR Operations &amp; Service Delivery Process employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence). Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws. Support data entry, mass uploads, and HR data audits. Inquiry Management Resolve Tier 2 inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and system navigation employee records, pay-impacting changes, and benefits transactions. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to Sr. People Services Specialists or People Services Experts. Collaboration &amp; Support Partner with Field HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and case resolutions in case management tools. Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed. Compliance &amp; Documentation Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation. Process Improvement Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge articles and process documentation. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably supporting North America. Systems: Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus. Languages: Fluency in English required; Spanish or French is a plus. Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
