Reporting Structure. As a key member of Asia you will report to the Project Manager Indonesia and will be responsible for designing, implementing, following-up and monitoring the activities, mostly agroforestry, in various regions of Indonesia.Your missions will be to support the development, coordination, management and monitoring of ecosystem restoration, agroforestry and regenerative agriculture initiatives or with agricultural communities on behalf of PUR’s new and existing clients Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to : Project Management<ul><li>Coordinate project schedules, collect and manage data for internal reporting, review project deliverables, and update reporting and communication materials provided by the Comms &amp; Mktg team.</li><li>Work closely with the Project Manager and in-field partners to implement project activities, control quality of implementation, improve proceedings, and coordinate impact monitoring activities.</li><li>Understand and train field partners on reporting and monitoring tools needed to execute the project and measure project impacts.</li><li>Contribute to regular reporting on actuals, budget &amp; reforecast.</li></ul> Project Development<ul><li>Support the development of strategy plans for new and existing projects, aligning with key industry frameworks and/or carbon accounting methodologies.</li><li>Support the programs team in identifying and pursuing opportunities to scale projects.</li><li>Contribute to regular reporting on project progress.</li></ul>Deliverable Management<ul><li>Maintain internal tools updated (ERP, project tools.)</li><li>Provide field insights to support the production of client’s deliverables and development of communication and marketing content.</li></ul>Project Monitoring / Data<ul><li>Be responsible for the data collection with the support of Field Data Officers.</li><li>Adapt and implement data collection forms to the project's local context.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor the implementation of data collection with local partners and local teams, providing training when necessary</li><li>Manage field deployment of data collection.</li><li>Consolidate and analyze data projects outputs and report to the Project Manager and the region's Field Data Officer any issues</li><li>Support the implementation of the project's impact monitoring strategies.</li></ul> Monitoring, Planning and People Management<ul><li>Collect the supplier invoices and integrate them in the tool in a timely manner (ERP) with local admin support where needed.</li><li>Communicate to the finance team if there is any delay.</li></ul> Partnership and Representation<ul><li>Supervise &amp; work with local partners (cooperatives, associations, farmers, implementing partners).</li><li>Represent PUR at the manager’s request.</li></ul>We are looking for a candidate with : <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Agronomy, Forestry, Agroforestry, Rural Development, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in implementing and/or managing field projects in agroforestry.</li><li>Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Agronomy, Forestry, Agroforestry, Rural Development, or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of experience in implementing and/or managing field projects in agroforestry.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid knowledge of trees and plant species, capacity to identify indicators of seedling quality and resolve seedling quality issues</li><li>Knowledge of carbon certification requirements for afforestation/reforestation projects is a preferable</li><li>Experience of project management, able to build trust with a variety of stakeholders (farmers, nurseries, cooperatives, PUR teams)</li><li>Adaptive management skills, able to make decisions based on project and data insights</li><li>Demonstrated strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively complete tasks in a self-motivated manner.</li><li>Reporting &amp;
