This is an individual contributor role that is both strategic and executional.  Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop competitive positioning and messaging in collaboration with science, engineering, sales and marketing teams </li><li>Oversee, elevate and maintain a competitive analysis resource center  </li><li>Craft value propositions that clearly articulate how we solve our customers’ problems and create value </li><li>Lead product launches and GTM plans for key products and solutions </li><li>Define and track KPIs for market strategies and product launches  </li><li>Contribute to full funnel marketing initiatives for our products and services including heavy sales enablement </li><li>Leverage customer/market data to identify customer needs and collaborate with product teams on product roadmaps </li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of product and/or growth marketing experience delivering highly successful demand generation and engagement strategies within B2B markets </li><li> Ability to think strategically and creatively  </li><li> Collaborative team player with passion and knack to drive alignment internally </li><li> Strong storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Talented at deriving insights from customer/market research </li><li> Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously </li><li> Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment </li><li> Experience with Jira/Confluence, Crayon, Canva, 365 Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce or other CRM </li><li>B.A. in Marketing or Communications  </li><li> Pragmatic Marketing Certification preferred</li><li> Some domestic and international travel may be required </li></ul> Benefits Our full-time employees enjoy a range of benefits that support work-life balance, health, and long-term success.
