AECOM's Transportation business line is seeking a mid-level Pavement Engineer to join their team in either Chelmsford, MA or Chicago, IL.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Perform project and/or task management of projects including management of staff engineers, schedules and budgets.</li><li>Perform pavement engineering report writing and review.</li><li>Apply management experience, including roadways, airfield, and facilities for public or private clients.</li><li>Utilize MicroPAVER and/or other pavement management software.</li><li>Utilize pavement design software, FAARFIELD, PAVEXPRESS, DARWIN and PCASE</li><li>Utilize AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS.</li><li>Perform pavement design for roadways in accordance with AASHTO, FHWA and Department of Defense design standards.</li><li>Perform airfield pavement design in accordance with FAA and Department of Defense standards.</li><li>Perform Pavement Condition Index surveys in accordance with ASTM standards.</li><li>Manage pavement data collection using Falling Weight Deflectometers (FWD), Video Vans, and High-Speed Inertial Profilers.</li><li>Perform evaluation of FWD and riding quality data for pavement management or design.</li></ul>
