This role will also monitor system performance, provide user support, and maintain up to date documentation. Overall, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of the L2 SCADA system within the organisation.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities1.Lead Tender<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define the requirements for the L2 SCADA system and ensure that they align with the business goals and expectations</li><li>Manage the L2 SCADA system tender process to ensure the selected option is the best fit for the company</li><li>Negotiate the support and commercial terms for the agreement </li></ul>2. Manage Deployment<ul><li>Develop the rollout plan for the L2 SCADA system</li><li>Lead the deployment of the L2 SCADA system and ensure that it is simple, standardised and optimised</li><li>Manage acceptance tests and commissioning for each site</li></ul>3. Change and Develop<ul><li>Manage and supervise the changes in the L2 SCADA system and ensure that they are consistent and efficiently integrated with other systems and processes</li><li>Develop specifications for new system configurations or features that are necessary or requested by the business</li></ul>4.Support and Maintain<ul><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of the L2 SCADA system and identify and resolve any issues or gaps</li><li>Provide training, guidance and support to the L2 SCADA system users</li><li>Develop and maintain the knowledge base documentation of the L2 SCADA system</li></ul>5. Support other operational solutions<ul><li>Develop knowledge of other operations supporting solutions (EAM, Metering, Doc. Familiarity with their architecture, components, and operation.</li><li>Networking, good command over networking concepts.
