You will be responsible and accountable for delivering safe operations, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring robust OHS/WHS risk management. This includes developing and implementing effective safety practices, conducting audits, contributing to business continuity planning, and providing strategic direction to reduce incident rates (TRIFR/LTIFR).</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of OHS/WHS law, risk articulation in commercial terms, and the ability to drive behavioural change and build organisational resilience within a complex infrastructure environment.
