You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy with your team and play an integral role in delivering sales results in close collaboration with our dealer partners.What you’ll doYour responsibilities include:<ul><li>Leading all market sales activities with your team</li><li>Developing and executing a sales growth strategy</li><li>Managing and monitoring retail and fleet sales performance, leading the sales funnel and forecasting</li><li>Driving the transformation of the sales distribution model in strong collaboration with retail stakeholders</li><li>Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams as part of the Austrian Management Team</li><li>Driving the expansion of the retail footprint and network in Austria</li><li>Managing the relationship with Polestar Headquarters in Sweden</li></ul>You and your skillsTo be successful in this role, you have/are:<ul><li>At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role; experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus</li><li>Proven leadership experience in sales management (3–5 years)</li><li>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills</li><li>Extensive knowledge, especially in B2B business, and the ability to easily connect with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, and Finance)</li><li>Experience working with retail partners in the automotive sector is a definite advantage</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German</li><li>Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs</li><li>A can-do and hands-on mentality</li></ul>At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as the primary language for written and spoken communication.
