This role requires a creative professional who can move beyond traditional training approaches to create and facilitate visual, interactive, and behavior-focused learning solutions that drive measurable change across our organization. </p><p> </p><p>This temporary, hybrid position operates mostly in an office environment with occasional travel to other Joby sites for needs assessment and program delivery. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve flexible scheduling to accommodate SME and learner schedules.
