If you are prepared to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, we look forward to considering your experience and qualifications.</strong></em></p><p><strong>Shift/Hours/Location:</strong> Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, onsite, Moses Lake, WA </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and send torque equipment/instrument off for calibration.</li><li>Review and maintain proper record keeping of completed Maintenance Program Administration DM/PM work orders and upload into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li><li>Review decontamination travelers for equipment or any other supporting documents for accuracy before uploading into CMMS.</li><li>Review, create and maintain record keeping of pre-use/shift and rigging equipment checklist plant wide.</li><li>Track equipment usage where applicable. </li><li>Maintain records of all rental equipment rented by the Facilities Department.</li><li>Maintain all manuals within Facilities SharePoint page.</li><li>Create shipping requests and prep items for shipment within the Facilities department.</li><li>Create labels for our piping systems and equipment.</li><li>Serve as a backup for Facilities Purchasing agent creating Purchase Requisitions in Microsoft D365.</li><li>Create Purchase Requisition for all calibration purchases. </li><li>Participate as the Employee Safety Committee rep for Facilities Department.</li><li>Create and maintain CMMS DCN's for Work Order Waivers, Out of Calibration forms and Calibration Waivers as needed for MPA work orders.</li><li>Maintain Facilities Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory.</li><li>Maintain record keeping of inventory check out logs.</li><li>Send inventory adjustment sheets to applicable personnel.</li><li>Serve as back up for filter/critical inventory part counts.</li><li>Serve as a backup for weekly water samples.<ul><li>Pull and submit samples to the Laboratory departments.</li><li>Enter weekly water samples to IRIS.</li></ul></li><li>Serve as a backup for particle testing<ul><li>Perform Air Particle Testing.</li><li>Perform HEPA Velocity Testing.</li><li>Perform Pressure Differential Testing.</li></ul></li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge applicable to the job. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc. <strong>Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe.
