Operations Manager - France Expansion

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Operations team. As an Expansion & Operations Intern, you will actively support our core business growth, including important markets, by participating in various supply-related projects.

What You'll Do

• Business expansion in France- Collaborating with the GM in designing and implementing the strategic expansion plan for scooters and e-bikes for FR region- Lead expansion task force in new cities across the FR region (HR, operational plan, Public affair strategy)- Build launch plan and budget for each city targeted in 2021/2022 in the region and ensure successful implementation in the cities- Support GM & local team in drafting competing application for competitive RFP’s in France


• Support new launches- Define a localized strategy adapted to specificities of the city (areas of deployment, parking, pricing, …)- Recruit and build out a foundation for a strong local operation team- Manage the logistics aspect to make a city live (supply, training onsite,..)- Be the initial operations POC for city regulators, local business and riders- Monitor key metrics for success (operations, costs, and city compliance metrics)


• Frequent travel required (80 % mobility)

• Fluent in English and French language
