Job DescriptionThe Firm is seeking a Sales Support &amp; Analytics professional to join the Business Management team in its New York office, working closely with sales, business development, channel marketing, and corporate technology. The role will be responsible to aid the team in supporting and servicing our Wires, Regionals, Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs), RIAs, and Trust Bank partners, in addition to coordinating the daily business of the sales channels and maintaining the integrity of the sales data.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create customized, relevant, and dynamic dashboards and/or reports for sales teams and sales leadership.</li><li>Create, analyze, and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the associated reporting for the teams and individual roles.</li><li>Ensure the data provides high-quality and readily accessible information that is needed to effectively manage a sales organization as well as help individual sales professionals manage their territory.</li><li>Analyze large volumes of transactions, CRM activity, and industry data. Translate complex data into business insights and recommendations to present to our sales leadership team.</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of business and IT processes, logic, and applications to translate into clear process documents and partner with IT to configure the functionality for end users</li><li>Research and recommend new data sets and reporting tools.</li><li>Evolve our use of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. </li><li>Help prepare materials for ad hoc projects, including developing focused analytics, conducting industry research, and preparing presentations. </li><li>Team player able to work effectively with all levels at the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, or related field.</li><li>3-5+ years’ demonstrable experience in reporting and analytics role; asset management industry experience, particularly intermediary distribution, strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and Power BI are a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Salesforce with experience exporting and analyzing additional data sources a plus (for example DST Salesconnect, Discovery and/or similar distribution related sales and competitor datasets).</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy.</li><li>Strong process-orientation with a client-servicing mind-set.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.</li><li>Results-oriented and entrepreneurial, ability to work creatively and analytically.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with a variety of investment vehicles, including mutual funds and other alternative investments.</li></ul>Salary Range: $120,000 - 140,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
