Job DescriptionThe Firm is seeking a Sales Support &amp; Analytics professional to join the Business Management team in its New York office, working closely with sales, business development, channel marketing, and corporate technology. The role will be responsible to aid the team in supporting and servicing our Wires, Regionals, Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs), RIAs, and Trust Bank partners, in addition to coordinating the daily business of the sales channels and maintaining the integrity of the sales data.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create customized, relevant, and dynamic dashboards and/or reports for sales teams and sales leadership.</li><li>Create, analyze, and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the associated reporting for the teams and individual roles.</li><li>Ensure the data provides high-quality and readily accessible information that is needed to effectively manage a sales organization as well as help individual sales professionals manage their territory.</li><li>Analyze large volumes of transactions, CRM activity, and industry data.
