We have No.1 market share, installed 1 out of 4 high-voltage switchgear in the world, &gt;500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will collaborate with the production planner to ensure timely completion of production tasks based on the company's sales plan and market demands and will do arrangement of production resources, including human, material, and equipment, to enhance production efficiency.</li><li>You will oversee and manage the production process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and will coordinate cooperation between departments and resolve issues during production.</li><li>You will develop and implement quality control to ensure the products meet the standards and will supervise quality inspections during production, promptly identify and address quality issues and solve this problem.</li><li>You will manage and guide the production team, including team leaders and operators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures and will provide necessary training to enhance employee skills and production efficiency.</li><li>You will collaborate with IE to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste and do support the safety management in the workshop, establishing and enforcing safety regulations.</li><li>You will provide essential safety training to ensure employees possess safety awareness and skills and promptly address accidents and potential safety hazards during production, ensuring the safety of employees and equipment.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You hold a bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.</li><li>At least 5 years of production management experience in high-voltage circuit breakers or related products, familiar with production processes and management methods.</li><li>Proficient in the production processes and technical requirements of high-voltage circuit breaker products.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Able to skillfully use office software for production planning and data analysis.</li><li>Excellent teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Good English listening and reading abilities.</li></ul>More about us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
