This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry and/or experience working in a publicly traded company.</p><p><br><br><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and review all monthly intercompany transactions, including inventory movements, and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the Tax and Trade Compliance teams on transfer pricing invoicing.</li><li>Prepare monthly manual journal entries related to intercompany transactions and other assigned accounting areas.</li><li>Perform account reconciliations in Blackline for areas of responsibility.</li><li>Partner with the ERP team to support automation of intercompany transactions within SAP.</li><li>Assist with equity accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for share-based compensation.</li><li>Support the preparation of management discussion and analysis (MD&amp;A) sections for Form 10-Q filings.</li><li>Support the Company’s cash flow reporting process and prepare various regulatory and banking reports.</li><li>Assist with periodic IFRS reporting to the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Support the implementation and documentation of processes and controls in compliance with SOX requirements.</li><li>Participate in special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector and/or within a public company environment.</li><li>CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Experience with Blackline is preferred.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders.</li><li>Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
