Pyka is looking for a technical sourcer contractor with at least 1 year of experience who’s scrappy, strategic, and relentless in tracking down top-tier talent. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines for Pyka’s engineering, manufacturing, and flight operations — driving candidate engagement from the first outreach to hand-off with the recruiter. You’ll partner with our Sr. Recruiter, hiring managers, and the People team to deeply understand our open roles, team dynamics, and the unique skill sets needed to build autonomous aircrafts that change the world.
