Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:As Facilities Operations Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of facilities operations across our growing portfolio—bridging day-to-day reliability with long-term infrastructure strategy. You'll serve as a key partner to Facilities leadership, driving operational rigor, vendor performance, and capital planning.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, technically complex environment and knows how to build scalable systems that keep critical facilities safe, efficient, and future-ready.
