Redaptive is searching for an enthusiastic and talented Lead Sourcing/Generation Specialist responsible for building & maintaining prospect/target contact lists the Origination’s Business Development Representatives (BDRs) will leverage to develop sales leads.Reporting to Origination’s Team leadership, your demand generation efforts will focus on building effective outbound lead generation processes, prospect list building, effective data management, and other lead generation activities to support Redaptive’s Business Development Representatives and Sales Executives. The role will have an opportunity to contribute in a direct and visible way to Redaptive’s top and bottom-line by successfully driving deals to closing while managing profitability, bankability and executability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Services: Performs web research and develops relationships with networks/communities to build prospect/contact lists that the Originations BDR team will subsequently engage to cultivate and drive qualified leads to the sales pipeline. Activities could include: Contact/Email List Building, Data Mining & Extraction, Data Cleansing, List management
  • Regularly communicates with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Executives (SEs) to understand the needs of our sales teams and refine data mining and list building strategies
  • Assist in the development, testing, and tracking of lead generation strategies & campaigns
  • Assist in measuring key performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, etc.)
  • Identifies, interacts with and screens potential targets predominantly through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion to support Origination’s lead generation goals.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • 2 + years providing B2B lead generation services or directly supporting the project details of lead generation / marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience providing/supporting lead generation services, such as: List Building/Prospect Lists, Email List building, Contact List Cleanup, Data Cleansing, B2B Sales Lead Generation, Data Mining & Extraction, Data Entry, CRM Software Data Entry, or Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Prior Experience and proficiency with lead generation tools, such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Data.com, Pipedrive, ContactOut, Prospect.IO, Zerobound, etc.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communications skills with demonstrated success presenting concepts and ideas to others
  • Ability to pivot and change priorities if needed, handling multiple projects/details and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future

Colorado applicants: The expected annualized salary compensation for this position is $71,576. This estimated salary represents the typical starting rate of candidates hired in Colorado. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include relevant experience, skills, and your remote work location. Redaptive offers subsidized medical, dental and vision plan coverage, a 401(k) match, participation in our equity plan, and an annual At-target incentive bonus opportunity of at least 10% of salary at 100% achievement (actual achievement % will vary).
