This is a mid-level role for someone ready to dive into an agile environment and drive meaningful product improvements that directly affect network uptime, diagnostics, charging session quality, and customer satisfaction. </div><div> </div><div>In this role, you will collaborate with development teams, engineering, hardware partners, and external vendors to deliver features that enhance the reliability, efficiency, and security of EVgo charger communications.
