Mobile App Developer

Redaptive is seeking a Mobile App Developer to work closely with our growing software development team based in India.  The Mobile App Developer will collaborate with Product Management and Software Development teams to provide financial, billing and energy consumption information in easily consumable graphical format to Redaptive customers and internal teams.  Redaptive is working at the forefront of the energy efficiency space, making innovative energy-metering IOT devices, leveraging a wide variety of best-in class IT products, and building custom software solutions to enable digital transformation. Expectation on working hours will be roughly 3 pm – 11 pm IST to align with USA mornings.  (These will be the same hours as the other software developers from India will work.) The position is for a Cross Platform App developer who thinks outside the box and can push the limits. We're looking for someone who cares about the quality of code; and who is passionate about end-user-perspective, look-and-feel and ease-of-use. Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability from understanding requirements/features, implementing enhancements, releasing in production and support.
• Collaborate with a global diverse team, and work in an agile environment to produce consistent results.
• Delivers value in the form of high-quality UI components.
• Consistently identifies and proposes new, alternative approach in order to create scalable implementations.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• 3-5 + years of mobile-app and web-app development experience.
• Experience with an ideally two or more of the following: React Native, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Have published some Application on App Store and Play Store
• Experience in dealing with data. Experience in creating forms, charts, graphs, lists, tables.
• Have some basic knowledge of backend services, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud computing and the AWS suite. For example: Lambdas, SQS, API Gateway.
• Deep knowledge of general web platform concepts including http, CSS, html5, CORS and caching.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science.
