Job Description

Redaptive is seeking the NetSuite Administrator to work closely with our Stakeholders to resolve day to day NetSuite issues, provide Training and administer the maintenance of the Company’s NetSuite ERP.

Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding and Hands-on experience in NetSuite modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing Schedules, Advanced Procurement and Inventory Management.
  • Create Reports, Saved searches, Dashboards, Workflows, Custom fields, Custom records, Custom forms and mass updates.
  • Working knowledge of CSV imports, Advanced PDF, Report analytics, Suite scripts and Testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders across the organization to resolve issues related to NetSuite.
  • Training, informing, and supporting users regarding System functionality, Enhancements, System configuration and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Provide quick support for day-to-day NetSuite operations.
  • Troubleshoot NetSuite functionality bugs, reporting errors, and integration malfunctions.
  • Monitor and administer account management, roles, and access, profile creation, security administration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 -5 + years of experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Must have done at least 2 to 3 end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements and documentation skills.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking attitude and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
  • Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple teams, stakeholders and should have strong communication skills.
  • Expectation on working hours will be 3 pm to 11 pm IST to align with USA mornings.
