Job Description

Redaptive is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator will be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The Salesforce Administrator will be comfortable liaising with users and should take care of all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone who thrives in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, can use great judgement to make decisions and display empathy and resilience. You will need to be creative and collaborative with problem solving and execute team wide initiatives. You will need to have uncomfortable conversations with utmost objectivity and candor while upholding the Redaptive values. Although this position will be based in Pune, the ideal candidate will exhibit a strong willingness to work with a team dispersed across India.

Job Responsibilities

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Actively participate in User acceptance & System Integration trainings
  • Willing to offer a helping hand for process and data related activities
  • Working with integrated applications including but not limited to DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp etc.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willing to work in 3-11 PM shift 
  • Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy
  • Salesforce Certifications – Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin
  • Basic / Intermediate Excel experience
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in dynamic environment and work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Great attitude, willing, thoughtful, and proactive
  • Take ownership and new initiative
  • Strong communications skills and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g.  Certified Sales Cloud consultant, Platform Developer 1 a plus
  • Knowledge on project management tools like - Jira, Asana and Lucid charts a plus
