IT Project Manager

Redaptive is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead procurement process of software-solutions across the Company. In this role you will collaborate with internal key stakeholders to identify the problem statement, search and identify best available solution, negotiate cost and align implementation timelines. This role will be based in India (ideal location would be Pune) and will work closely with teammates across several international time zones including USA and Argentina.  To facilitate these communications, working hours will be 3 pm – 11 pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to identify scope.
• Liaise with Vendors and Internal teams to do high level gap analysis.
• Conducting the research to source the best products and suppliers.
• Prioritize the solutions based on various parameters like costs, functions, architecture, company-alignment, vendor-reputation, implementation timelines, etc.
• Select suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and legal compliance.
• Work closely with management and teams on procurement plans to enable the business strategies and company needs.
• After implementation, continue to engage with the vendor to maintain relationships, and to make sure SLAs are followed.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• 7+ years of total industry software experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MBA
• Experience with sourcing SaaS products
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Experience with low-code and no-code platforms and respective configurations is a plus
