<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) specializing in Electrical/Mechanical systems to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical and mechanical aspects of our projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.</p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate electrical and mechanical works on various construction projects</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards</li><li>Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements related to electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on electrical and mechanical works</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project-specific requirements</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards</li><li>Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on electrical and mechanical matters</li><li>Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes for electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all electrical and mechanical installations</li><li>Analyze project data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance</li></ul>
