This includes creating and initial plan, assessing trends, validating forecasts, tracking regulatory approvals, identifying gaps, and recommending course corrections. This is the key person responsible for the cross-section view of the operating company and understanding the implications on changes to regulatory and plan performance. This is critical role in rate case preparations and rate case decision implementation and adherence as it relates to the capital portfolio. Determines how and when funds should be reallocated between portfolios and identifies potential risks.
