As our Marketing Intern, here’s a preview of what type of work your days will include:<ul> <li> Managing Quantis Germany's social media account and championing social media engagement (reposts, reactions) in the branch </li> <li> Supporting leadership communications for Quantis Germany's managing director </li> <li> Executing German marketing tasks such as: </li> <ul> <li> Event support (logistics, invitation, presentation decks, social event organization) </li> <li> Market research, market analysis and monitoring Quantis positioning and local word-of-mouth online and offline </li> <li> Social media posts </li> <li> Website updates – both localizing global content in German and supporting the creation of local content (as per your last point + announcing local events) </li> <li> Local email marketing activities to be performed in German </li> <li> Managing inbound press requests in German </li> </ul> <li> Hubspot (CRM/Marketing Automation) support as needed, supporting managing inbound leads </li> <li> Internal communications for the Quantis branch </li> <li> Coordination with the Quantis team for global marketing initiatives </li> <li> PowerPoint support </li> <li> Providing occasional marketing support to Quantis Italy</li> <li> Facilitate and maintain the Quantis headshots and bios </li> <li> Coordination of translations of global content into German </li> </ul> Does this describe you and your next internship?<ul> <li>Native-level German speaker absolutely necessary, professional proficiency in English a must, Knowledge of Italian a plus </li> <li>Passionate about sustainability and motivated to align business with Planetary Boundaries </li> <li>Recent graduate or in the final phase of studies in: Marketing, Business Administration, Science Communication, or a related field </li> <li> Team player with a strong sense of accountability </li> <li> Comfortable working independently, quickly, and on schedule </li> <li> Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines </li> <li> Thrives in fast-paced environments </li> <li> Strategic thinker with strong synthesis skills </li> <li> Experience analyzing technical topics and extracting key strategic insights </li> <li> Entrepreneurial spirit; proactive in exploring new ideas and pushing boundaries </li> <li> Keen attention to detail and accuracy </li> <li> Marketing skills (a plus): social media management, content creation, market analysis </li> <li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li> <li> Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies </li> <li> Eager to learn and grow on the job</li> </ul>RequirementsTo thrive in the Quantis culture, you’ll:<ul> <li>Show up as a team collaborator with a win-win attitude: empathetic, attentive and supportive of colleagues</li> <li>Take responsibility and ownership for your work: think and act with autonomy, while knowing when to ask for help</li> <li>Take initiative if something needs to be done</li> <li>Be positive!
