We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a Scrum Master at GreenFlux, you will play a crucial role in elevating our teams toward team-of-teams Scrum practices. You will work closely with up to four teams in a product area to ensure effective collaboration and drive continuous improvement for GreenFlux as a whole. Your expertise in agile methodologies and systems thinking combined with your ability to foster a positive team environment will be key to our success. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Facilitate, teach and improve (scaled) scrum events at the product area and team level (team daily scrums, team retrospectives, multi-team product backlog refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and overall retrospectives). </li></ul><ul><li>Coach and mentor team members to further adopt Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Support continuous improvement of the product development organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Foster a collaborative and self-improving environment, encouraging open communication and transparency. </li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Product Owners, coaching and mentoring them regarding product backlog management, stakeholder management, and value maximization. </li></ul><ul><li>Define, track, and analyze key metrics to monitor business outcomes and supporting organizational performance metrics. </li></ul><ul><li>Support teams in adopting modern engineering practices. </li></ul>You have <ul><li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large-scale agile environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
