AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Pricing Manager to join our team. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness of our critical pursuits. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, cost structures, and client requirements to ensure our services are priced effectively.The role will work across all business lines and geographies, integrating as necessary into Enterprise Critical Pursuit teams. The ideal candidate understands business fundamentals that include business development, client leadership, P&amp;L, project delivery, and can convey innovative solutions. This role will report directly to the Strategic Pricing Director, Americas.This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, and can be located in, but not be limited to: Dallas, TX; Austin TX; Houston, TX; Denver COJob Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:<ul><li>Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's financial goals and market conditions.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor pricing, and client needs.</li><li>Analyze cost structures and project budgets to determine optimal pricing models.</li><li>Create and maintain financial models to forecast pricing impacts and profitability.</li><li>Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure competitiveness and profitability.</li><li>Communicate pricing strategies and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.</li><li>Support the development of pricing related reports, procedures and guidelines.</li></ul>
