<div>Description</div><div>  The Senior Vice President, Operations (SVPO) reports to the President and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role ensures alignment of programs with ReMA’s strategic objectives, strengthens operational excellence, and amplifies ReMA’s brand and member value. As a trusted partner to the President and volunteer leadership, the SVPO plays a vital role in driving organizational performance, cross-functional integration, and stakeholder engagement. The SVP also partners closely with the CFO to ensure the financial sustainability and effectiveness of the association. The SVPO will help lead the establishment and implementation of ReMA’s vision and comprehensive strategic plan to advance its mission. ReMA staff have the flexibility to work from home as many as three days per week and in our vibrant office two days per week.
