Start your future with BorgWarner now!Job purpose     The Software Development Leader (SWDL) is responsible for all software aspects of a project within BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems, including planning, technical oversight &amp; execution, software requirements, software integration, software configuration management and software releases.Key responsibilities  <ul><li>Manages and drives the software team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality.
