The location is in Madrid.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Manages and leads the SCM scope of customer projects. Responsible for the budget and time schedule.</li><li>Owns the full scope from an escalation and problem solving aspect.</li><li>Performs work associated with coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/contractors including: Coordinating preparation of contract and bid documents, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process.</li><li>Collecting and analyzing technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents.</li><li>Liaising with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review.</li><li>Documenting performance and service level agreements and monitoring vendor/supplier performance against those agreements. </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Technical Engineer or FP H. Technician electrical installations</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in SCM (projects not factories/retail)</li><li>Experience in contract management (subcontractors)</li><li>Languages: English and Spanish at high level.
