In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating field operations, improving internal processes, supporting customer acquisition efforts, and helping manage key programs and grants such as the REACH rollout. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solutions mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, electricians, customers, and partners. On the automation side, this role is ideal for someone who loves tinkering with systems, can think through edge cases and dependencies, and is comfortable jumping between no-code tools and lightweight scripts. You’ll be working across teams to help us scale efficiently using platforms like Pipedream, Notion, Gmail, OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, and more.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deployment site planning (including material coordination, electrician coordination, customer coordination)</li><li>Use pipedream (low code/no-code) to improve internal processes and set up internal processes to improve efficiencies of workflows</li><li>Submit paperwork related to utility rebates and manage Customer contracts</li><li>Respond to and route inbound Customer email requests to the correct team members</li><li>Build an electrician network across the state of California to support the REACH grant rollout and beyond</li><li>Coordinate equipment returns including shipping of new parts to the Customers</li><li>Assist Chief of Staff with general grant administration tasks (partner outreach, setting up site walks)</li><li>Go-to-market testing culminating in a case study outlining what strategy works best in getting Customers signed on with the lowest acquisition cost.
