This role is responsible for accelerating digital growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention while owning the end-to-end performance of our digital P&amp;L. You will lead cross-functional efforts to build a high-performing digital engine, optimize the customer lifecycle, and uncover innovative, scalable opportunities for sustainable growth. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-ownership environment and brings a deep understanding of e-commerce, experimentation, and performance marketing in a DTC context.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and lead the digital growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.</li><li>Drive lifecycle and retention marketing strategies across CRM, email, SMS, and personalization to enhance user engagement and LTV.</li><li>Oversee campaign execution and performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging digital channels, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation at scale.</li><li>Partner with product and engineering to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and performance levers across the full digital funnel.</li><li>Build and manage a high-impact team across e-commerce, development, UX/UI, analytics, and growth to execute rapid experimentation and optimize user experience.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>10+ years in digital e-commerce and development management in growth-focused roles, including at least 4+ years in a leadership position in a growing and successful digital brand, ideally with high-value price items.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies and experimentation.</li><li>Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRO, digital analytics, and growth loops; strong command of tools like Meta, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, Amplitude, etc.</li><li>Strong P&amp;L ownership mindset, with demonstrated success managing $2M+ monthly budgets and delivering measurable business impact.</li><li>Strategic leader with entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, and a bias toward action in fast-paced, evolving environments.</li></ul><br><div>VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
