This role is instrumental in fostering a thriving culture, developing our people, and translating people insights into action. In this role, you’ll report to our People Development &amp; Culture Lead. <h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Drive the continuous development of our leadership training programs and support our leaders to grow and inspire their teams </li></ul><ul><li>Shape and nurture our organizational culture, identifying root causes of challenges and embedding our values into daily work, making them tangible across locations </li></ul><ul><li>Design and deliver internal training programs in English and German, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external providers </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze and interpret people data and surveys (e.g. engagement, pulse checks, performance), translating insights into targeted, effective action plans </li></ul><ul><li>Own and manage our Leapsome platform as a power user  </li></ul><ul><li>Develop strategic initiatives in close collaboration with People Business Partners and business leaders to improve employee experience and development </li></ul><ul><li>Support the execution of our Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI) strategy across the organization </li><li>Support broader People &amp; Culture projects that enhance collaboration, communication, and growth across the company</li></ul><h2>What you bring:</h2><ul><li>You have several years of hands-on experience working in people development and culture, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments </li></ul><ul><li>You bring a data-driven mindset, with strong Excel skills and a proven ability to derive actionable insights from surveys, workshops, workforce analytics, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>You are an experienced trainer and facilitator, comfortable developing and delivering content in English and German </li></ul><ul><li>You have already gained practical experience leveraging engagement and development tools and supporting performance management programs, experience with Leapsome is a plus </li></ul><ul><li>You’re passionate about culture, employee growth, and driving meaningful change </li></ul><ul><li>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re confident working with everyone from early-career talent to senior leadership and those in other functions like IT, Governance, Risk and Compliance, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>You’re a collaborative team player and can manage your own projects end-to-end with autonomy and accountability </li><li>You have strong language skills in both German and English  </li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
