This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, where challenges and growth opportunities abound. The Growth Project Valuation Specialist will be supporting quarterly Group evaluations, M&amp;A valuations of third-party companies, specific internal pipeline assets, and strategic initiatives. A key focus will be to provide financial analysis support and intelligence to drive internal strategic decisions related to internal growth pipeline in Europe and US.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models for various purposes, including:<ul><li>Development projects – assessing investment returns, cash flow projections, and funding structures.</li><li>Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting – ensuring accurate valuation and financial insights for reporting purposes.</li><li>M&amp;A transactions – evaluating acquisition / divestment targets, synergy potential, and deal structuring.</li><li>Conduct detailed sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial risks and support decision-making.</li></ul></li><li>Assist in the preparation and presentation of materials for Nadara’s and Fund’s Investment Committees.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Procurement, Energy Markets, Planning &amp; Control, and Structured Finance, to ensure consistency and alignment in financial evaluations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and presentation of strategic reports for shareholders.</li><li>Support the development, review, and refinement of third-party financial models for bids, investments, and transactions as required.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish are a plus).</li><li>A university degree in Economics or Engineering.</li><li>3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling for infrastructure-related businesses.</li><li>A proactive, highly detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities paired with a creative and analytical mindset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>Location:MadridTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:Regular
