The Quality &amp; Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and implementing lean manufacturing principles across the organization. This individual works cross-functionally within the company, collaborating closely with teams at both the Wilsonville and Hood River facilities to develop and maintain procedures and documentation that ensure product quality. The position reports directly to the General Manager, working closely with the Wilsonville Operations Manager and the Hood River Site Manager.The Quality &amp; Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and implementing lean manufacturing principles across the organization.Specifically, he/she is expected to:<ul><li>Ensure all products consistently meet defined specifications, actively promoting a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) mindset.</li><li>Develop, mentor, and empower a growing team responsible for internal quality assurance, process improvement, and supplier and customer quality management.</li><li>Develop, utilize, and maintain critical quality documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Quality Plans, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
